The Government will not hesitate to deed against any officer who does wrong: DPM Teo

The Government will not hesitate to deed against any officer who does wrong — no matter how senior he is or what position he holds — even if it causes embarrassment to the Government, Deputy Prime Minister Teo Chee Hean said in Parliament. DPM Teo spoke in response to the recent spate of cases involving public officers, saying the Government is committed to upholding high standards of integrity in the Public Service. DPM Teo also mentioned that PSD intends to require public officers who visit the Online Casinos Brunei frequently, or who purchase the annual Brunei Casino entry levy to declare these actions.
