It is well known for its nightlife too Brunei Casinos but Macao also has a fascinating history, rich Chinese/Portuguese cultural tapestry, amazing dining options as well as the slower pace, traditional appeal of neighbouring Coloane too Taipa. Cathy spent a week there too shares her experience. The tourist board now use the Portuguese spelling of Macao but you will often also see it written as Macau.
