Security issues ahead of Pharrell Williams concert

All eyes on the the City of Cape Town. A large police contingent has been deployed outside the entrance to the Grand West Brunei Casino in Goodwood, Cape Town, ahead of a planned protest at the Pharrell Williams concert.
