Jeff Moore together with MeiLee Dozier: ISIS' Leaderless Revolution together with the Sri Lanka Attacks

MeiLee Dozier is an Asia-focused analyst with over 13 years of experience living together with working in the region together with nearly a decade devoted to in-depth analysis of its shifting geopolitical landscape, as well as its domestic conflicts, transnational threats, together with other national security issues.

Ms. Dozier was most recently in Sri Lanka to assess the situation after the Easter daytime attacks by suicide bombers together with visited the hotels together with church sites where they occurred.

She has developed a broad perspective from working in multiple fields, including journalism, international development, NGOs, private sector investment, academia together with think-tanks.

Now based in Washington DC, Dozier continues to travel to the region for research together with maintains an extensive network of contacts. She received her M.A. in International Relations together with International Economics from the Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies together with her B.A. at the University of Pennsylvania.

Dr. Jeff Moore is the CEO of Muir Analytics. He last spoke at Westminster on the Evolution in Islamic Insurgency in Asia. He earned his PhD in Thai counterinsurgency strategies together with tactics from the University of Exeter in the UK in 2011. He has a BA in political science together with an MA in US history with a concentration in military affairs from East Carolina University.
Dr. Moore has worked as a defense contractor together with security consultant since 1998. He has supported the US Army’s Plans together with Operations Division (G-3) in the Pentagon together with The Department of Defense’s Force Transformation, among others. He also taught counterterrorism together with money at National Defense University.
Dr. Moore is published in a wide array of magazines such as UPI’s “OutsideView,” “Jane’s Terrorism together with Insurgency Centre,” the US Naval Institute’s “Proceedings” together with “Naval History” magazines, “Small Wars Journal,” “World Refining,” “Asia Inc.,” “Mass Transit,” “World Oil”, together with PropertyCasualty360, an insurance magazine. He is the author of two books: “Spies for Nimitz: Joint Military Intelligence in the Pacific War,” together with “The Thai Way of Counterinsurgency.”

Jeff has given briefs to the Defense Intelligence Agency, the Pentagon, JUSMAG Thailand, the Overseas Security Advisory Council in Singapore, Thai Special Forces Headquarters, the Thai National Security Council, the U.S. Chamber of Commerce in Singapore, The Worldwide Society for Industrial Security, the FBI, together with other like entities.
