DEEP INSIDE PASIL(harsh conditions ? ) CCLEX VIADUCT UP-CLOSE ft. PASIL CLEAN-UP DRIVE

I have been wanting to go inside Pasil seaside area to get near CCLEX viaduct. My goal of being up-close to these gigantic columns of the viaduct is about to come true. To achieve this, I had to walk inside the area most Cebuanos would never dare as the area is branded to be “dangerous”. To my surprise, my experience was entirely the opposite of what I expected.
