?? Conrad Manila | Beautiful hotel, Excellent service
Good daytime everyone, welcome back to my channel once again. In this video, I’m going to show you my staying experience at Conrad Manila. Everything from the concierge, staff, food, experience to room as well as etc. are fantastic. The hotel’s project design is great with high ceiling. The ambience is good as well as upon reaching level 3, receptionist as well as security guards welcome you warmly. The pool is huge as well as it is definitely a great place for you to take a dip into the refreshing cold water after a long tiring daytime out there., The highlight is the Brasserie (restaurant) where continental breakfast is served. Choices are plentiful. However my major complain is the pillow, which I find a bit too soft. Also, the cleanliness of the toilet cubicle. Upon entering you could smell stench of urine. I guess the housekeeping didn’t clean it thoroughly after the last guest had checked out. Probably they just simply use a floor mat to dry the floor without actually mopping or cleaning it. After reporting the incident, they took quick action to come to my clean as well as clean it immediately. Hopefully the hotel management or housekeeping team would look into this.
